Amazing
5This is my first retinol and it is perfect for my zits. Very gentle and perfect for anyone trying out this potent ingredient for the first time. No irritation even when I used it for a few consecutive days.

excellent starter retinol
5I'm only 23 but wanted to use retinol for some skin texture. This is an excellent gentle retinol to start with. I use it every night and it really helps with my skin texture and makes my skin look really bright and even. Not too harsh, haven't had any flaking or excess dryness. Love it!

Great for beginners!

Perfect gentle option that works
5I like my retinol potent for myself so normally wouldn't opt for this, however, this did feel so nice on the skin and soaked in very quickly. This does have a few different ingredients other than retinol that will help fight off the signs of ageing and add and/or protect that youthful firmness and glow to the skin. Truly a perfect option if you are just starting on retinol young and don't need anything too strong yet, or coming back to retinol after some sensitivity.

4I have alternated between this and the Paula's choice as I wanted to get a retinal that wasn't as expensive as its not an acid I need to use too much just yet. I use this more for combatting acne and scarring more than anything else and I have so say it really is a lovely serum and at a great price point. After a couple of weeks my skin is a lot smoother and its so gentle and causes no redness or irritation. Not sure if I would look to buy again once I've used it up but would recommend if you're looking to introduce a retinal into your routine or if you have sensitive skin.

Results after 2/3 weeks
5As a first-time user of retinol, I was very thorough when choosing a product for 2 reasons, I suffer from facial eczema and have very sensitive (also allergic to perfume) and dry skin, and secondly I was aware that you should start off with a lower percentage of retinol. I have fine lines on my forehead and my skin is damaged from the sun on my neck. After the first two weeks of using the product in these areas, I can already see a difference in my skin texture and the disappearance of lines. I also use an SPF 50 during the day as that's recommended when using retinol. This product is light enough for me to use every day

5Great product. Doesn't irritate my skin, the results have been great and the product sinks into the skin quickly without leaving any residue so it's great for layering with other products too.
