Just love it!
5Oily/combo skin. I do not wash my face in the morning during winter so this toner is ideal to sweep on in the morning. I also use it after AHA mask, my skin seems to just drink this up. Definitely will repurchase.

Perfectly fine
3It's a decent hydrating toner at a decent price point. I usually use exfoliating toners and was looking for something without actives. I found it to be hydrating and soothing. Nothing wow, nothing awful. My only real gripe is with the pump... product would somehow end up on my wall or carpet. I don't really understand why it needs a pump, it makes recycling the components a lot more difficult. For that reason I won't be repurchasing.

4Hydrating and refreshing!! I apply it directly on to my face using my fingertips rather than a cotton pad as I find the little nozzle press down applicator quite difficult to use. Other than that, it is a great product, as I said, it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and a great follow up to my exfoliating toner.

Okay but not great
3This toner/cleanser was fine but nothing to write home about. I have SUPER dry and eczema prone skin and I was looking for something very hydrating. It was moderately hydrating but nothing spectacular. May be better suited for people with more combo skin.

Great product, incompatible with some moisturisers
4The product itself is brilliant: generous size, natural ingredients, vegan & cruelty-free, hydrates and softens and doesn’t irritate my super sensitive dry skin. The only problem I had was that I noticed it doesn’t sit well under my moisturiser. As soon as I put my moisturiser on, which usually soaks into my skin, the moisturiser began to ball up on my face and just “sat” there instead of being absorbed. I know it was because of the milk because I used it on my face and neck but I don’t apply my usual vitamin c serum to my neck and the moisturiser balled up there too. This is a good product but I think you need to experiment with different moisturisers to find a compatible combination to get the benefit, so I’m rating it 4/5 stars.

Does what it says
5This is a great gentle toner and does what it says on the tin. I wanted a gentle toner to use on evenings before retinol or whenever my skin is irritated for other aha and bha toner sans products. Weirdly I found it’s really hard to locate a toner that didn’t have any acids that would react in it, guess that’s the trend at the moment though. Anyway, this is a great gentle and refreshing toner that will balance your ph and prepare your skin for the next step (be that acids or serums). Great for day to day use if you have sensitive skin also. I love the brand and also got the brightening serum but yet to try it out. The pump on the bottle doesn’t bother me either

Bought it for the pump
4I thought the pumping action looked cute in a video and I looked it up. Only thing is, I don't use cotton pads so it's a bit awakward when I use it. I like it though, as it's very light and I like the dual toner/cleanser action.

Amazing
5Bought this as an extra something to try did not realise how much I love this. My skin has been super dehydrated and is prone to be irritated by the slightest thing. This is the toner of my sensitive skins dreams and adding their hydration station serum has given me the extra hydration it so badly needed.
