They do say if you are looking for good sun protection ask the Australians!  As an airline pilot and a roller skater I am constantly exposed to the sun. It is a particular danger when up in the sky, but also at a lot of our destinations, or any time anywhere when I am out on my roller blades. I was looking for a product that protects well, applies easily and also provides some skin care benefits. Ultra Violette Supreme Screen ticks all of those boxes, and then some! A fantastic brand! Well done Cult Beauty for stocking it. @hargreavessabine

This is the one …You can have it all!

Like everyone I know the mantra of using spf everyday but finding the one that protects your skin, you can wear under make up and doesn’t break you out feels like a mission and like you can’t have it all. This really is amazing, I am fully converted ! I like the texture (and the smell!) it sits well under make up and genuinely feels like part of my skin care routine . It doesn’t break me out , I have sensitive skin and so many spf’s leave me with those horrible bumpy spots .  I know it’s pricey but it does last and I actually feel my skin has improved from using it.  I have also tested it exercising outside in the summer and it really does stay put . This is it …call off the search !!!

Perfect for everyday use

I had recently recovered from skin cancer when I found this brand. I needed sun cream I could wear on my face every day in the hopes that the cancer would not return. When I saw that Ultra Violette was an Australian brand, and knowing that Australia has some of the highest skin cancer rates in the world, I knew this would be a high quality sunscreen. It goes on easily after my other skincare and feels more like a base layer than a sunscreen. There is none of that greasy sheen of other facial sunscreens. I would highly recommend this product for everyday protection against the sun.

I’m obsessed!!

It’s a gorgeous SPF!! I have combination oily skin and tried a lot of SPFs. Half are too oily and heavy  and the other half dry my skin and look bad under makeup. This one looks like it might be too oily but it is not!! It hydrates the skin and sinks into it. I use it as a SPF and a moisturizer in one or sometimes mix in a bit of foundation into it when I’m in a hurry (and it looks great!!! Even after 8 hours my skin feels hydrated and looks less oily then usual!!) Too bad it’s a bit expensive for reapplying few times a day in the summer.

Supreme Screen Hydrating Facial Skinscreen SPF 50+

Fantastic product! I sometimes use this alone as a moisturiser as it blends in so quickly and gives an even skin tone effect. Already on my second tube.

Fantastic

Being 50, although with decades using sunscreen thankfully I do not look it. I got this in the Skindie Edit and it is a fantastic sunscreen. I will definitely repurchase. It goes on beautifully leaving no tackiness or white cast whatsoever. It is lovely the only other sunscreen that gave this effect is the tinted natura bisse one that is at least twice the price. So this is a must buy. With regards to the cost rather than just seeing it as a sunscreen, see it as your moisturiser and then the cost is not expensive, also we need to really start thinking of sunscreen as being the only anti Ager other than surgery available and therefore that is priceless.

Tried this after seeing a recommendation from a YouTuber. Such a fantastic product. Completely absorbs into the skin and very moisturising. Perfect for dry skin. Has not caused any irritation on me. I have already bought my 2nd tube.

Lovely Moisturising SPF

Such a lovely SPF! I have dry/normal skin and this gave me a lovely glow. It does feel a tad on the greasy side when you first apply it but that dissipates within 5 mins or so of rubbing it into the skin. It sits really well under makeup, makes my foundation look lovely & more skin like. I really like the pump action & packaging, it’s a lot easier to get the product out than other SPFs. Unfortunately this caused me to have a slight reaction on my face :( not the products fault! I just have extremely sensitive skin & stupidly didn’t patch test it before. This may be a tad too moisturising for those who have oily skin & if you have sensitive skin, maybe just patch test prior to using. Would deffo recommend getting the mini kit so you can try the formulas prior to buying the full size!

My new favourite….

I bought the Supreme screen and Queen screen from Ultra Violette and love them both. For my combination skin they work fab and from all the SPFs I have tried, these are the ones I reach to.

Lovely, BUT.... too expensive

This is an absolutely lovely and moisturizing SPF. I cannot not admit that. And it works really well under make up. It is moisturizing without being greasy (on my normal, but slightly dehydrated skin). SPF should be about protecting and preventing any damage to the skin. There is no such thing as anti-ageing. There is only ageing skin. SPF should not be advertised as a beauty product, but as a product that protects the skin. That being said, although I love this SPF, it is too expensive and I may be buying it again if it is discounted again or if they will bring the 75 ml already available in Australia at the (almost) same price. The current content won't last a month if used properly. Instead of marketing SPF as an anti-ageing product or through fear (skin problems), rather educate people in using SPF and make it affordable for everybody.
