I wanted to love this

3

I've heard such good things about this product, and I really wanted to love it as it seemed to tick all the boxes of things I'm looking for: gold standard SPF and UVA protection, non-irritating, non-drying (I have dry skin) and no white cast. All of that is true! But three things prevented me from becoming an evangelist about this product: the smell, the tint and the finish. 1. The smell: it's not a bad smell, but i just don't like it. Since i'm applying a decent amount of this right near to my nose, there's really no avoiding it, and it's not a particularly pleasing aroma. 2. The tint: the lotion is lightly tinted. It's not notably dark and it's quite a sheer tint, but after a few hours on my skin it looks increasingly orange. Not a good look. 3. The finish: perhaps because it is specifically marketed as hydrating/non-drying, it never seems to dry down and remains tacky on my skin. Which also means it pills up when I attempt to reapply. It's such a shame because I have yet to find my perfect sunscreen. I will finish the tube because I don't want to waste it, but I won't rebuy it.

Great hydrating sunscreen - perfect for holidays

4

I took this on honeymoon it was perfect for my holiday. I have combo skin and wanted something hydrating so I could skip my moisturiser and something that didn't break me out and this was perfect! It is slight shiny when it goes on but sinks in quickly and also not a problem if you are in and out of the pool often. Also easy to reapply and keep in your bag

Best spf

It’s my favorite spf right now! It feels creamy and moisturizing, doesn’t leave any white cast on the skin. Love it!

SPF with a glow

I think this is probably best for drier skins and had to adjust skincare/make up slightly to stop feeling too oily. However, now I’ve tweaked the routine I’m quite happy and enjoy the glow it provided.

Ultra Violette Supreme Screen Hydrating Facial Sunscreen SPF 50+

This is a lovely product. My 65 year old, delicate skin is Arizona-desert dry, and I use serum, moisturiser, oil, this cream then foundation. I leave a couple of minutes between each product. It doesn’t pill!  A teensy hint of self-tan is an additional boon. A bit spendy, but a good SPF is the thing to spend on, I think.

So far so good!

This applies so easily and doesn't pill any skincare that I've applied underneath. Has little to no smell which is perfect for my sensitive, acne prone skin! So far no irritation at all and it doesn't leave a white cast. The great skincare ingredients in this suncream leave my skin feeling soft and hydrated. Just wish this was a little cheaper!

Very disappointing, Has a strong smell of fake tan.

I found this product very disappointing. It has a really strong, fake tan like smell, that doesn't fade after application. I had to use a lot of product to cover my face, 3 big pumps. It wasn't even particularly hydrating. I read the other reviews before ordering & mine sounds like a completely different product. An expensive mistake. The search continues................

This stuff is good

Ok I'm of those people who keep trying spfs in search for the holy grail..and this stuff is good! Absorbs easily you can keep working it in without it pilling, works well under makeup or sometimes I mix my foundation into this and works great. No white cast, not sticky. The only minor thing is it does have a dewy look so I tend to powder this and that solves it. I got this and the lip gloss and been using them everyday because they're so nice to use.

Ok not the best I've used

Firstly, I have very oily skin which can become hormonal (spotty), open pores, sometimes irritated and dehydrated and about hit the menopause. This SPF comes with good credentials, but I still found it too greasy for me. I might prefer this in the winter months when I need a bit more moisture to combat central heating / cold etc. Right now, in spring, I feel I'm left with a film on my face and as an oily skinned person I end up looking v greasy after half an hour. I will save this for colder months and see if I have more joy then.

So pleased to have discovered this

My skin loves this SPF. It’s protective, moisturising and I have worn it daily without my skin becoming reactive or breaking out. I’ll be repurchasing.
