Stay away if you have dry skin
4I have to say, the staying power of this foundation is good and it is truly a medium-high coverage. If you have any dry patches or even mildly dry skin, stay away from this foundation. It clings to the dry areas and shows texture, no matter how the skin is prepped.

Awful
1I never usually write reviews; but I am so disappointed with this foundation. Firstly, the colour is nothing like the model shown, I bought Snow and it was way too light for my skin and I am quite fair skinned. Secondly, it just sat on top of my skin, very watery and no coverage at all.

It's great
4I wanted to try the matte version of this foundation and compare it with the "original". I think this one is great too and does exactly what it's supposed to do. It gives a bit more coverage and looks matte on the skin. It takes a little more work to blend it, but it still blends nicely. The shade that I use is the same as in the original Born This Way foundation. All in all, it's great, however, for me I think I still prefer the original version of this foundation, just because of the easier blending and because I don't need more coverage.

I HAVE OILY SKIN - I REPEAT, I HAVE OILY SKIN
5My skin is naturally very very oily, to the point where I need to blot 2-3 times a day and that's even after I've heavily 'baked' my face during application. The original Born This Way foundation is excellent and I noticed my skin actually improved when using but THIS ONE is insanely good! I DO NOT SET my foundation anymore for the first time in my life!!! I can not believe it. It doesn't smudge when wearing a mask and keeps me matte for hours. My skin starts to look glowy after maybe 6 hours of wear but it's not enough where I want to blot and bear in mind, this is without setting with a powder! I can not rave about this foundation enough and I'm 100% sure that I will not use any other foundation now. Yes it's kind of pricey but it's worth it to A, not break out, B, be rest assured that your face isn't all cakey/oily and C, to feel good all day long! Love love love.

Best Foundation EVER!
5I ALWAYS buy a very light and medium shade of every foundation that I use. I chose Swan and Warm Nude. I wasn’t sure about the consistency at first, it seemed slightly watery for a 24 hour base. I applied it with a brush and it looked awful, I used my fingers to smooth it over and then I let it dry. It dried looking PERFECT on my skin. 7 hours later and it still looks banging and perfect! I’m 41 years old and I developed malasma after the birth of my second child. This foundation is the only one which has covered it and kept it covered all day. This is life changing for me. Thank you Two Faced, please please don’t ever discontinue this product! Highly recommend from me.

Best matte foundation
5I have combination skin and could not find a matte foundation to suit me until I bought this one! This is by far the best matte foundation over ever tried... it does not settle in to my smile lines like the others do and it lasts all day too it has become my holy grail!!

New favourite matte foundation
5I was so excited when Too faced confirmed that they were releasing a matte version of born this way. I like the original but I have oily skin so after a few hours my skin looks too oily. The matte version is perfect for me, good coverage, comfortable to wear and long-lasting. My new favourite.

Just love this
5I'm absolutely satisfied with this foundation, it does what it says and thats it. Really long-wearing, doesen't transfer onto clothes and I barely touched it up with powder. The best thing that it looks so natural. Really love it, my go to when I have a long day!
