As someone living with ADD...

This product is awesome! There's no extreme highs or lows given by medication or jittery-ness from caffeine. It's like it just clears the barriers and allows your brain to do what you need it to do without the intense side effects. Does it replace medication? No. Does it help when you rather not be on meds? Absolutely. I'd recommend to anyone who needs a bit off a boost!
