Sadly I can't see much of a difference, but assuming this needs at least 3 months to see any results ... I can just say there were side effects.

I've been taking these for almost a month now and they're my new favourite supplement! I've always been a big fan of mushrooms and this has the best blend I've found and actually works. I am obsessed with Mushrooms ! They have just incredible properties & are so helpful for our body.
