Post Workout Dream
5I use this product on my legs after running and I definitely feel the difference on my muscles. It really helps relax them. Couldn't recommend enough !

Muscle Recovery
5As a personal trainer, I exercise a lot and I have seen such an improvement in my muscle recovery time since using this magnesium spray. It's a great texture that blends in easily and isn't sticky - love the lavender oil in there too!

Great after workouts
5I use this after workouts on any sore muscle areas and find that in the morning any soreness is gone. It's a great size so I can also travel with it and bring it to the gym with me

Magnesium Ease!
5Great product, it's made a noticeable difference to my muscle recovery time post workout. Not only that, I pop this on in the evening when I get out the shower and it has really helped to improve my sleep!

Great for aches and pains
5I bought this product as it was recommended in conjunction with the sleep drops which I also was purchasing.  I have back pain and also due to the menopause I have pains in my joints, my sleep is atrocious and I also get restless legs at times.  The magnesium ease has definitely made a difference.  I take the spray with me in my handbag and it has definitely helped me reduce the need for painkillers.  In combination with the sleep drops it helps me to get a better sleep than normal which is great.  My husband had a sore back sitting at the laptop all day and he couldn’t believe the difference when I put the magnesium ease on the sore area.  I know it’s expensive but I thoroughly recommend giving it a go.

Relaxed Muscles
5I have been using magnesium ease every evening and have really noticed a difference in my sleep as it really helps my muscles to relax. Not only that, but my muscle recovery has be improved which is an added bonus!

Its good!
4I bought this in hopes that it would help to relax me during night time and as an alternative to painkiller for my chronic pain (lupus) when its strong enough to keep me up at night but i don't want to take painkillers, especially since sometimes they don't work too well so it feels as if I’ve taken them for nothing. It really does help and I'm on my second bottle. Will definitely be a staple purchase from now on. As with the other review, you do have to use more than 12 sprays often, and is difficult to use if its not at a certain angle. I also use it with the nue co sleep drops and they’re a good combination at night time.

The only Magnesium spray which doesn’t sting!
5Excellent formula! Absorbs well into the skin, nice packaging compared to some other magnesium sprays available. However, (and most importantly!) this is the only magnesium spray product I have ever used which does not sting the skin. I have sensitive skin and even the REN kelp and magnesium spray stung me slightly (even though the other products in that range of their’s did not). Please keep stocking this as I have never found one which works so well!

Jury's still out
3I've tried this along with other Nue Co products and I'm not sure I'm seeing my muscle aches relieved. The spray is a bit tacky when rubbing into your skin. Will continue to use and hope for the best...
