Seems to work well

3Was fed up of taking magnesium supplements, so thought I’d try this. I’ve definitely been sleeping better, it’s easy to apply, no mess at all. Just not 💯 convinced it’s just this spray alone that’s causing good sleep. Will persevere and update review.Â

Didn’t like sticky feeling
3This spray is nice and works to ease muscle pain but I find it very sticky if you are using the amount of 12 spray suggested.

Not impressed
3This has great reviews but I haven't noticed much difference and it's not something I would describe as particularly enjoyable. I use it before bed and I can't say I love it. It's something I do that I believe it's going to help my muscles to relax and improve my sleep. I believe it's a quality product, but I would not repurchase this one from this brand that, on the other hand, I really enjoy and can totally recommend.

5I love this product so much i use it at night to help me go to sleep and reduce the stress .. it doesn't smell bad and doesn't feel sticky on the body its also good for period crampsÂ

Great for cramps and stiffness
5I've waited quite a while before reviewing this product so I could give a thorough one. I get cramps in my legs often due to wearing unsuitable shoes too often. I just need a few sprays of this onto my legs and I can feel it working immediately. You can get an itchy sensation using magnesium topically sometimes but I got none with this. Comes in a handy size you can put in your handbag, too.

Effective
4I didn't find an oil to be so good.This one isn't sticky, and doesn't leave as much of a residue as some others and It does not irritate my skin.Works almost instantly when sprayed pained areas, for me, knees, shoulders,legs and foot pain. No drowsiness the next morning, and great sleep through the night.I like that it's topical so I don't have to take a pill and it absorbs quickly.It smells like lavender, which is perfect for calming my mind.

5This is amazing! No tingling on the skin, has arnica so relieves muscle aches and sleep much better than with magnesium tablets. Thanks Nue for another gem!
