A monthly repurchase. I have found that once I finished my phase of telogen effluvium these supported new healthy hair growth. I had significant hair loss which was noticeable and after monthly consistent use I’ve found baby hairs growing all over my head! It’s covered up the thinning patches and made my hairline / parting full. I would say to wait after your hair has finished shedding to start these as i saw found these did not work while I was at the peak of my hair shedding. Hair feels stronger too. Saw good results after two months use and will continue to repurchase

I’m on month 2 of taking this supplement. I have suffered from weak nails and slow hair growth (despite being outrageously thick) for years, but over the last couple of weeks I have noticed my hair growing and my nails are significantly stronger.  I know it generally takes 3 months to see significant improvement, so I already have my next jar lined up!  Taken off a star for the fact you have to take 3 enormous capsules daily and they cost a fortune - I only buy when I can get a discount and use some reward points!
