4I have had this supplement sit on my kitchen counter for a while, I would occasionally remember to take it, but have to be very disciplined to see results. High quality ingredients and packaging.

4I’ve used this for over a year in conjunction with the pre and probiotic tablets. They aren’t a miracle cure, but regular use has definitely reduced my bloating. Â
