Disappointed
4I have wanted to try the beauty chef for years and went with the adaptogen instead of the beauty Exlir which I originally wanted. I thought the adaptogen might have better health benefits, I am a nutrition student with an interest in gut health but was disappointed by the high sugar content. Taste is pleasant enough, might try the other products next time.Â

My holy grail!
5I am head over heels in love with this product. It is the only thing keeping me sane during stressful times. Without it I become sluggish and my stress headaches come back. Truly dependent on it. If you are overwhelmed, stressed, over fatigue this will be your best friend and help you get through those tough moments. The probiotics in it also help my gut and stomach balance out and leaves my looking fresh not fatigued on the outside.
