SUPER STRONG
4I have used acids before and retinoid too and so many different products that are strong, but this one is REALLY strong - so I have been using it every alternative day and being quite cautious, remembering to moisturise well as the skin peels off a lot which makes me think that it is working but I haven't seen any improvement! Super strong, yet to see the effects though! I have been using it for 4 weeks now (thrice a week). I am hopeful that I will be able to build it up in the next few weeks to see better results.

5For years I have suffered from Acne and after I finally found a routine which has cleared up my skin, I was left with a lot of acne scars. I have tried lots of things including different kind of retinols and retinoids aswell, they were not really working. When I started using this I was really impressed by the look of my face the next morning. Ever since my acne scars have faded and they are 60% less visible. I am finally comfortable being without foundation and this is something I wish for years now. So there is no way on this earth I would switch this product to something else. 10/10

Disppointing
1Sunday Riley is my all time favorite brand. Unfortunately with cycle and hormone change came some unwanted acne, not a lot, but enough that I need to change my routine. Obviously I looked into the Sunday Riley lines to fix my new issue, and was met with some very disappointing results. After three weeks of trial, I noticed the following: 1) ODOR: the scent was awful, perhaps even rancid, and *maybe* I received a bad batch (which would make this review more understandable). But I doubt that's the issue, SR has very high standards of quality, I doubt Cult would have sent a rouge serum. My make up brushes suffered from the odor as well, it left a bad scent that needed to be washed after every use, instead of every week! 2) SKIN: the serum very obviously made my skin more oily, and I tried alternating between morning and night to see where the issue really lied. The serum was the clear culprit. Oily skin = acne. The issue, instead of subsiding, became worse. 3) COST: I would pay full price for any SR product, but this one, for the fact that it doesn't work at all, is over the top. I resulted in using Caudalie's serum, which is less than half the cost, and works for acne on older skin. Thank you for reading my review. Have a nice day. TT

Great for my acne prone skin
5Started using for 3 weeks and I felt that my monthly hormonal acne life cycle seems shorter and acne scars faded faster. This is becoming a bottle that I frequently reach out for my night time regime.

Genius
5Its acne and blackhead clearing, it brightens, fights aging, is gentle... It’s not greasy, sticky or heavy. One of the best products I’ve ever purchased. I love a lot of Sunday Riley products, they really work with my skin which is dry/combo/oily/acne prone/sensitive... (like a whole bag of issues) but seriously this is worth every single penny and it works great with the CEO oil.

I see results
5I purchased and have used this serum for a week now and I already see results. My skin was always dull, with dark scars from old pimples and generally not even. I use the serum along with the CEO glow oil and the Good Genes (was a trio when I bought it). I use it carefully as the instructions say, because I'm new to retinoids, and already my skin is glowing and my scars are fading. Also, I have been using The Littles by Drunk Elephant for a week now and I think all these do a great job in combination. I can't wait to see further results and my skin in a month from now. I will review again for sure because now I did the review just because I'm excited with the results so far!!

Sunday Riley high dose retinoid
5No irritation at all and soaked in quickly. Visible results after only a few weeks and it lasts ages so it's worth every penny. Looking forward to trying it with the new Vitamin C cream.

Best Product of 2019
5This product is absolutely amazing. I initially got it as a sample and just had to purchase the full size. This is a high strength retinoid without the irritation, peeling and flakiness. I saw improvement in my skin texture and pigmentation soon after using it. The serum is light weight and sunk into my oily, acne prone skin immediately. I have used many Sunday Riley products and this is by far the best. If you are in the market for a serum, look no further! You will wake up with an even, glowing face. It was a pleasant surprise to find a deluxe sample of the CEO Glow and the Good Genes in the box, nice touch!

5I use this at night along with Sunday Riley Luna oil over the top and it's amazeballs. Will never stop buying Sunday Riley products they are just brilliant.

Fabulous
5High strength and very comfortable on the skin. I followed the instructions, eased myself into this gradually and didn’t suffer any irritation. Made my skin lovely and radiant .
