Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel

Has it's perks
4Well, it does it's job well enough, it does hydrate a little bit and cleans moderately. The best thing about it is that the smell is nice and it lingers for quite some time, so you'll probably smell nice for hours after this. At first, at the shower, I thought that the smell was quite mild and disappointing, but after drying myself, I could smell it for hours before going to sleep and it was quite powerful and nice. As a means to clean yourself, it's not perfect, iId rather first cleanse myself thoroughly with some other shower gel, soap or scrub first and then use a cream to hydrate. This cream - gel felt a little bit too thick and more of a treatment after regular showering, this is more of a luxury SPA ritual than a really functional shower gel and a bit pricey too. It's nice before a date or an event, or while you are on vacation, just to feel and smell something nice. Especially if after this, you use a body cream of the same brand, you'll feel like you just came out of a luxury spa (the body cream has sparkles). So, if you can afford an item that's more for comfort than function, this one is definitely great, but if you are looking for something functional and affordable, this might not be for you.

Not as strong as I thought it would be
2I kinda thought the shower gel would be as strong scent in the cream but it just wasn't which let me down. I'm not sure why it's so expensive because I didn't feel it did anything special but as with anything try for yourself. I like the fact that cult beauty offers the smaller size which is what I bought so I don't feel as disappointed.

Best for dry skin with eczema

Very nice
4Nice smell, although smells less than expected. Keeps my skin moisturized and I don't need to moisturize my skin after a shower with anything else. I have dry skin. Does also clean well.

Overhyped
3I was a little bit dissapointed with this shower cream. I was so exited to try this because all the positive reviews. But when I finally got this, it did not have that intensive smell as I had expected. I did a bit of research and noticed that someone said on Sephora’s website that the formula has changed with this product, and the smell is Not that intense anymore. I still like this and enjoy it, but for that price, I was expecting more.
