Too hard
1The pressure is way too much, which makes massaging with this tool really not pleasant at all. It's really hard to get 'open'. It gave me broken capillaries on my cheeks (but my skin is very sensitive). No way near the same effect of a real life hand massage.

Not bad, could be better.
4I've been using it for a couple of months, and although I don't think it does a lot for sculpting my jawline long term, I do love how it feels. If you clench your jaw and want something to massage it and relax it, this is 100% the product for you. The one thing I don't like is that it feels like the product won't stay tight (and effective) for much longer, I keep it inside the packaging, but I feel like the plastic is not too strong. For the price, it's not bad.

Jawline, redefined!
5My sister, my mum and myself are besotted with this (somewhat torturous looking) device. A little bit 'ouchy' for starters, I found that you quickly acclimatise - and having witnessed the impact this had on my mum's neck and jaw in mere minutes, I had to have one of my own. The easiest thing in the world, I idly massage my neck, jaw and cheekbones whenever I'm watching TV... it's also a great 'wake up call' when you're looking fatigued (read: hungover) - boosting the bloodflow and helping to flush away toxins to quickly re-chisel your features and help you look vaguely 'awake'. I'm obsessed.

no-brainer
5I love this tool for the ease of use (watch the tutorial!). Does de-puff and “drain” the face, plus it feels super good, esp being massaged in the neck area. Worth the money and the hype! So easy and effective.

2Doesn’t have enough strength of grip to really knead your face muscles, especially considering the price. A normal gua sha tool is much better.

Indispensable
5Je le fais deux fois par jour depuis que je l’ai reçue et je ne peux plus m’en passer. C’est un peu douloureux au départ surtout au niveau de la mâchoire mais on s’y fait très rapidement. Le contour du visage et la peau du cou sont plus fermes et toniques. Cela peut sembler être un gadget mais vraiment cela changera votre quotidien et votre allure ***I have been using it twice a day since I received it and I can not do without it. It is a bit painful at first especially along the jaw but it is done very quickly. The contour of the face and the skin of the neck are firmer and toned. It may sound like a gadget but it really will change your daily life and your face.

Game Changer!
5I received my CB order earlier last week and couldn’t open the box until this weekend. This massager is well constructed, light and smartly designed. I have sensitive skin that is combination and prone to blemishes and couple of acne every now and then. My concerns for the rollers to cause irritation or impact my skin texture was put to rest. I tend to store water like a fish my lymph’s appreciated the smooth pressure. My jaw is more defined. Used it for 2 days now - twice daily. Tightness feeling is so good. Never painful; watch sara’s YouTube guide before using it. I have followed night routine with Sara’s night facial revival serum. First use and my skin is grateful in the morning. The price tag for this one is worth it for the benefit you are getting. Key word > is your commitment to such a routine.
