Poor design and not the easiest to use. I find that it hurts my face and neck. I looked at the video on Sarah Chapman’s website too but it’s still no better.

If you use this wrong then it won’t feel so good, I’d recommend going into YouTube and watching a video on how to correctly use it. I’ve been using it for about a week and it’s honestly such a good feeling. Really helps relax my jaw.

A great little tool to stimulate the face/jowls with relative ease if you are someone of a more lazy-inclined nature.  I always tried to get into using a gua sha tool, but ultimately gave up, but this is a great compromise.  Is slightly sore at first due to the tightness of the tool, but this relaxes as it gets stretched/used.
