Good quality creamy warm eyeshadow
5I've heard a lot of good reviews for ROEN eyeshadow quads, so I decided to try them on my own and I was not disappointed. These are nice and creamy, the color story is very nice for those who like warm colors, you can make a few nice makeup looks with every of these quads. I would recommend it for everyone who likes nice and creamy eyeshadows.

Not for me
2I bought this in 2019 and I have to wonder if it's been reformulated given all the recent love for it on YouTube. For me I just found the textures so difficult to work with and for not a very nice effect that I actually decluttered all of my Roen eye products

Beautiful but tricky
3I’m not great at applying eyeshadow and these are a bit tricky. I found impossible to apply with a brush, you cannot pick up the colour. But work well going back to basics and using your finger, colours are gorgeous and once you get the hang of it you can build up the colour easily. Great for Xmas

Hard to apply
2These shadows swatch beautifully but are hard to apply without looking chunky and clumped up. Uneven application, don't bother trying with a brush. Can't justify their price point. Leaves entire patches of uneven shimmer on my eyelids.

A struggle to use but will keep trying...
3I had really high hopes for this eyeshadow palette and now I just hope I can get the hang of using it. The colours are lovely although I found 'Nikki Dust' and 'Facetime' and 'Obviously' not as creamy as J'adore'. I even thought there may have been a mistake with the palette because the consistency of J'adore was so different to the others. 'Obviously' is the most patchy on application. Hard to get consistency with this one. I bought the Roen eye brush - which I like very much - but as the instructions say, you have to work product hard. I don't think this works with a brush at all. Fingers only for this palette and even that requires effort. You really have to rub the product to get some load on your finger. Unlike some other reviews, I didn't get creasing with this. Eyes would need to be well prepped and primed. The packaging is nice but I could see the gaps between the shadow pan and palette slot - a bit sloppy considering the price.

Fantastic
5I have now bought all of the Róen palettes and I adore them all equally. They are the perfect summer eye shadows: minimal effort, maximum effect. I really don’t mind the creasing, since I can just swipe my finger a bit on the creases and it looks fine again.

Awesome
5Love the Róen palettes for quick everyday looks. I have neutral olive pale skin and the 75° warm palette is my favorite, but they are all amazing. Shades can be layered to make new colors or add dimension. I usually tap a bunch over my lid/crease and buff the edges with a little of my blush on an eyeshadow brush. Haven't had too much creasing without primer (not as much as with other cream shadows) but I'm sure it'd be even better with primer under. Def recommend!
