4When my favourite BB cream discontinued, I was in search of the next best BB cream. REN's Satin Perfection BB cream was the only BB cream that I love (after trying 3 other brands). Im Asian, fair tanned skin and the shade matches my skin tone. Somehow it adjusts to your skin tone. Smells great like subtle citrus smell and doesn't break out my skin. And I don't have to put on my moisturiser prior applying this BB cream. The BB cream is moisturising on its own. However, the cream isn't smooth to my liking and leaves out sticky feeling on my skin upon application. BUT, leave it for 5 minutes to dry out, it made my skin looks so good. No shine and lightly covers imperfections but without the foundation and concealer look. My skin looks natural (like my natural skin but so much better) after application. Just great for everyday without the heavy makeup look and feel. Another best thing about it is that, unlike with other BB cream, REN's BB cream doesn't transfer to your clothing. Just don't get it in your eyes because they sting a little.

Saves me fake tanning my face
5The first time I wore it to work I received loads of compliments on how I looked much better. I have combination, sensitive acne prone skin, so wore my usual face care underneath and applied the BB cream like a tinted moisturiser with spf. If I wanted to put concealer or cream under eye corrector over the top I needed to set it with powder or it would all vanish into my wrinkles and socket line. It also sits well over BECCA's back light priming filter (and I believe looks it's best). It is a very dark colour compared to my pale self, but I followed the other reviewers advice and I blends in well. I also bought the stila 10-in-1 30 spf BB cream, and although rens is a darker shade with no colour options, with the Becca back lighting primer there isn't much difference in overall effect. I found RENs BB cream better on my t-zone. I also only wear it for about 8 hours a day.

REN Satin Perfection BB Cream
5This is gorgeous. I only wear makeup on special occasions but this is fabulous for everyday use after using serum and moisturiser. It brushes on smoothly and easily and makes the tiny little imperfections (the odd broken vein, a tiny age spot) disappear altogether leaving skin looking and feeling wonderful. The great thing about it is that it can be worn without any makeup at all and still manages to wipe several years from your face.

New Favourite
5This has become my favourite make up product. Although it appears a little pale on application it soon settles into my skin shade ( tanned fair to medium ). I love the matte texture and the coverage is superb. It feels like I have no make up on but my skin is smoothed and perfected. I will definitely order again.

The BEST
5This definitely is my most used make up product. I am an absolute foundation junkie but I have to admit - shame on me- that whenever I purchase a new foundation I use it for a short period of time, let it disappear in some drawer and turn back to this BB cream. This may not be the best choice for people who prefer high coverage foundations because the coverage of this BB cream is somewhere between light and medium, but if your face has no marks or impurities that are difficult to cover this absolutely is the perfect alternative to any foundation (and certainly better than any other BB cream I have tried). It does a great job unifying your skintone and gives you a natural but polished, dewy finish.
