Avoid if have sensitive skin
1I have sensitive skin, but have used various AHAs on my face such Sunday Riley, Drunk Elephant and other brands. Never had a problem. But this stuff!? I used on my upper arms 1st as "patch test". Nothing for days. Then used it on my mid rif, chest area and back. Big mistake. Next day broke out in coin sized inflamed red welt type markings, very itchy. A topical disaaster. Have to try and somehow get to a pharmacy 1st or a doctor, during lockdown. Now I'm scared to go back to using it on my arms like before because maybe I was just lucky there but next time...not so much. Ren is a good brand, I do like their products and ethos, but now I've just wasted money and myself and my skin are both very irritated. Btw - longtime purchaser on CB, 1st review, that's how bad my skin reaction currently is.

Only product to ever get rid of those little bumps
5I've now stocked up on several of these so I never run out. Use daily and within a month keratosis pilaris is gone. Never found anything to do that before and I am so soft and smooth. Absolute holy grail forever!

Great product unless you’re sensitive to fragrance
4I love how smooth this makes my skin. I applied it on my legs and the next day after a shower I noticed that the dead skin was just shedding off on rubbing! The price is a bit high given that you’re applying the product all over your body, so you need quite a bit of it for one application. I just wish it didn’t have all the lemon peel oils, but my skin hasn’t reacted badly to that, so I don’t mind it all that much. All in all a good body exfoliation product.

It's okay
3Upon application, my skin is instantly smoother and has a subtle glow. It’s very light in texture and absorbs fairly quickly but I’m not overly keen on how it feels on the skin as it’s a bit tacky. Plus, it has a strong, orange smell that doesn’t seem to fade. I started using it twice a week (as I have sensitive skin) for a month and only saw a difference in hydration. After increasing my usage to 3 times a week for two months, I’m only now starting to see a difference in texture but for the price, I just don't think it's amazing.

Truly great body lotion that keeps skin smooth.
5I have Keratosis pilaris pretty much all over my body and this is one of the few lotions that can make my skin ultra soft. Keep in mind that regular exfoliating is most important, but this definitely helps on top of my weekly exfoliation routine.
