Difference in sleep
4I’m unsure as of yet if these supplements have a noticeable difference on my skin, however I really do notice I fall asleep faster and sleep deeper when I take these 30-60 mins before sleep!

Tried for 90 days
5I will repurchase. Difficult to comment on the effects as other products were used at the same time. For what it is worth, I was disappointed when it ran out, so will be looking to re-stock!

Re-juvenated H3O Night Repair Capsules
5I am coming to the end of my 1st packet of these H3O capsules & have ordered a 2nd pack. I take 1 capsule with the powdered Collagen Shots & a teaspoon of Matcha tea every night. I think the combo helps my skin to look firmer & to shine - it does bring out my skin colouring - in a really nice way. I think I shall keep H3O as part of my bedtime skin ritual routine - I'm very happy with the effects/results

4These are 30 day supply. Expensive. I take one every night with collegen shots. I just want to keep hold of what I have, in a gracefully natural way. They won't make you look 17. Nothing will! However as part of a 360 approach to being the best version of yourself. They are a good contribution
