I always have a few packs of these on hand, they’re great for reducing the size of painful hormonal breakouts and creating a barrier to stop you picking at spots. They stay put (unlike a few other brands I’ve tried) and usually one does the trick. They don’t cause irritation and are well worth the money.

This deserved the effort of posting a review. I have cystic acne so severe I was on roaccutane for almost a year! It come back! These are incredible ! Within hours the most angry and deepest cysts are brought to the surface absorbed and gone ! Pain free ! Like a hoover the cysts ! Well worth the money as other patches take about 10 to work! This takes one! They are all a good size ! The tiny ones that come with others are useless! These are more expensive but work out much more cost effective as you need 1 per cyst, and your not paying for tiny uselesss sizes
