Amazing
5Got these in the edit and blown away from the results. I get really bad spots around my mouth and haven’t been able to find a product that reduces the soreness until now. I just leave them on overnight after cleansing my face. The dots are clear and not very noticeable so don’t listen to the negative reviews. I don’t know why anyone would wear them out during the day, best worn overnight when you're sleeping.

Brilliant to ward of breakouts
4Surprised to discover that these actually work. At the very least, they prevent spots from getting worse and often make the swelling go down greatly. Occasionally, they even manage to collect all the excess sebum from a spot overnight, leaving smooth skin with barely any irritation. I will be sure to have these always on hand now. A real saviour during hormonal breakouts. Works particularly well against cystic acne. Taking one star out for the lack of options for different skin tones.

5I can not express how much I love these little bad boys, they are so easy to use and really stops me from pushing, picking and popping any pimples I may get. I pop these on overnight or throughout the day of WFH life when I get that once a month hormonal pimple.

I love these!
5I love Hydrocolloid dots and the fact that these also have skincare ingredients like salicylic acid and vitamin A infused made me SO excited to try them. I find these actives to be highly effective when I experience breakouts, and Hydrocolloid patches to be great to protect the area from further damage and to be especially beneficial in these mask-wearing times. This is the best of both worlds, they absolutely work and I would definitely repurchase them when I finish my current box.

Keeps me from picking
4I've never had a result from salicylic acid for spots - I get hormonal breakouts around my mouth - so I didn't expect these would work miracles. I love them because I can put them on at night when I feel something coming up and it stops me from interfering and lets them run their course. That means less scarring for me so will keep having pimple patches in my kit!

Added bonus - helps to prevent touching spots
4I forgot to add in my previous review - one of the biggest benefits of these dots is that it helps to prevent me touching the spot/s which I can be prone to do absent-mindedly (and obviously doesn’t help!). With these on, it is doing some good and stops making the issue worse!

Impressed enough to repurchase!
4I received these in the CB Blemish Edit Box and have to say I was sceptical, but I tried them and was really pleasantly surprised! For context I am in my late 30s, have had a long and painful relationship with adult acne and still can’t help but keep searching for the miracle product that will help my skin (despite knowing it doesn’t really exist!) These little dots draw out impurities whilst on your spot and as another reviewer said, significantly reduced inflammation and consequently the pain caused by the spot - even large ones and that to me is much better than the other spot treatments I have bought which seem to do nothing. I didn’t find I had a reaction personally, and have light/fair skin but still felt self-conscious when I tried wearing one during the day as they are subtle but still visible so will stick to night-time use. I am about to re-purchase, only the bigger pack this time! And hope to give the Peace Out Acne serum a go soon. Fingers crossed that is as effective…! I live in hope :)

Wow, this really works..
5I had a hormonal (TOTM) under the skin blemish on my chin. Been eager to actually try these patches on those types of pimples. I cleansed my face, and before any skincare, I had applied the patch over the blemish. Left it on overnight, and the next morning it had a small yellow head! I am excited about this because typically these under the skin spots seem to take a week or 2 to even come to a head. The yellow head was sticking out and pretty much 'fell' off when I next washed my face. Nonetheless, it's been about 3 days since and I have a small red scar from the pimple (which is totally normal for my skin) but looking forward to drying the dark spot patches too. My only concern was, it was quite securely stuck on even then I woke up, so I might perhaps apply a serum first so it doesn't stick too tightly, but haven't decided whether that is good or bad. But would 100% recommend it!

Ok product suitable for white skin
1Got these little pads in the beauty edit. They don’t stick well especially if any movement in the area bit does make a difference if you can get one to stay put. HOWEVER, the reason for the very low review is that they are only suitable for white people if wanting to wear them during the day otherwise they’d be incredibly visible. That’s not ok so I wouldn’t buy again until there’s a diverse range of colour options.

Beware
1I got these patches as part of the Cult Beauty Blemish edit box and was excited to use them as I've had some trouble with hormonal acne recently. Unfortunately, I had a really bad allergic reaction to these dots, which resulted in perfect dot-shaped rashes on my face where I'd used these patches. These rashes only got worse two days after I'd taken the patches off, even with the use of antihistamines and Sudacrem and have only started going down after days, though the redness and scaling persists. I have never in my life had such a bad reaction to a skincare product with the same ingredients in these before. I take some responsibility for not patch-testing with one dot first but buyer beware: make sure your skin can handle these before you go all in.
