Gentle yet effective
5I am an avid acid user (maybe a little too much at times!) so my skin has built up a tolerance to acids and can handle tough exfoliation. This Paula's Choice mask has a wonderful texture, colour and consistency. I personally don't feel any irritation or stinging (as can sometimes be the case with peels) when I put this on and my skin feels soft and noticeably brighter after use. Will definitely be keeping this on rotation in my masking routine to help appease my hyperpigmentation.

Instant Results!
5I have been using this once a week and have seen such an improvement in my skin texture - even from the first use. I found it really gentle, which is great as you can use it regularly, and also really effective. After just one use my skin felt baby-soft and looked glowy and radiant so it's a great treatment to do before a special event when you want your skin to be looking amazing! I also used this on my boyfriend (who never exfoliates or uses peels etc) and he was blown away! Honestly spent all weekend saying he couldnt believe how smooth his skin felt and how much younger he thought he looked!!! This peel is perfect for when you want instant visible results from a peel without the usual stinging and sensitivity after! Highly reccomend!

A new favourite weekly treat
5I have fairly normal skin that can get a bit congested on my chin and nose areas from time to time. I use acids fairly regularly but decided to give this a try as I was looking for something a little stronger. My skin felt a little tingly when I first applied it but it soon calmed down. When I washed it off my skin felt super soft and even my boyfriend commented on how radiant it looked! I will keep using it as my special weekly treat.

Powerhouse
5Having very sensitive it's always a gamble when trying something super active, but this one was a good one. I use AHAs and BHA daily so my skin has built up a tolerance, there are also some great calming ingredients in the formula which gave me some reassurance that this peel wouldn't be too much. Upon application I experienced some tingling which is completely normal and stopped after a few minutes. The texture is gel like, has a gorgeous lilac hue and is easy to apply evenly. My skin felt super soft and looked glowy as soon as I rinsed it off, it really helped to clear congested areas as well as a couple of pesky pimples and caused no redness or irritation at all. Because of my skin type, that's maybe not something I would use weekly, maybe more twice monthly or when I feel that my skin needs a more intense treatment. This would be great for someone who uses acids in their regime but want that extra weekly treat!
