Favourite makeup base

Very glowy, effective BUT leaves a white cast
4Love the product, especially under foundation I haven’t experienced any slipping of the foundation or similar. On days where I don’t want to wear foundation I have to be honest, this wouldn’t be my first choice since it does leave a slight, glowy, but white cast. You can definitely see it on the skin. I have a light complexion with yellow undertones, and the cream is straight up grey, so it doesn’t work on make up free days. Other than that, love it!

5The Defense Essential Glow Moisturiser SPF30 is one of the finest mineral sunscreens available for sensitive skin. I've got sensitive skin and can't tolerate products containing fragrance or chemical sunscreens. The only sunscreen additives I’m able to use without having an allergic reaction are mineral: zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. I experience no irritation using this. What's better is its lovely texture and hydrating formula easily absorbed. This moisturising sunscreen not only has gentle, effective sun protection, the other ingredients help protect, fortify and enhance my complexion. It has a lovely finish without much of a mineral cast often found in all-mineral sunscreens. I keep a sample size of this product with me for application during the day, if required. If I'm not hiking, it's not often I require another application but was glad having it with me today. I reapplied it this afternoon due to an unexpectedly long period of time outdoors. It works beautifully, over and under my foundation containing mineral sunscreen. Using the sunscreen alone will certainly protect your skin but I use a mild BHA exfoliant and serum following cleansing in the morning.
