They Work For Me

Since using these I’ve noticed that my skin, hair and nails are better and not as dry as they were before I started taking these. It does say on the bottle but make sure you definitely take them with food though otherwise they give you horrendous heart burn!

I have used for two months and I like them. Hair feels stronger unless that's the Olaplex, but my skin is without question brighter. Initially bought for knee joints as like previous review I run quite a lot. All good so far. Will order third batch of supplements and report back.

I started using these supplements literally 3 day ago and my hair feels so much stronger and tonight when washing my hair I was blown away by how few hairs fell! I had to write the review right away! :) Seriously this is the only thing that I changed in my hair care routine, so it's impressive... I've been using the product just for a month, but there are already noticed results. My complexion looks healthier and brighter. For the moment, I haven't seen important improvements regarding painful knees, but it's a short time for this.

This is my first supplement from Oskia. I can't say I see an instant result. During the lockdown, I have started to run. So I need to do more to protect my knees. I can this helping. I will definitely continue for a couple months.

On my second tube

Read a lot before starting MSM treatment. Decided that these sounded most promising. Super with painful knees which may need that sort of supplementation. Obviously, not only the knees will benefit. I imagine you need a bit of time before the final verdict and I am on my second tube but I think I am noticing improvement, ok, a shadow of improvement in my knees so will keep you posted.
