Best shampoo I tried in a long time.

Soothing treatment for sub derm scalps

As a seborrheic dermatitis sufferer this shampoo is the first one I have found (and I have tried loads) which is gentle on my hair while reducing itchy scaly breakouts. A little goes a long way too. Yes, it's pricey but it works for me.

Didn't do anything noticeable

I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for a couple of weeks now. My main concern is that my scalp feels dry and itchy sometimes, but especially right after showering. This is my first time trying ORIBE, but I was expecting great things in terms of smell and performance. Smell wise, I really don't get what the fuss is about, at least when it comes to this range. It doesn't smell amazing, it smells like soap I guess and the smell fades away from my hair as soon as I towel dry it, which is severely uncommon for me, the smell from my £5.00 shampoo from the drugstore stays longer. As far as the performance: the hair is super soft and looks hydrated, especially if I style it, however, I haven't noticed any difference in terms of my scalp, it still feels tight and itchy, so for this much money, it would be a no for me. The other thing I want to mention is that I have curly/wavy hair and this range is a curl killer, even while using curl cream, the most frizzy parts of my hair really struggle with holding a curl when using this shampoo, it just makes certain parts more frizzy. The packaging is beautiful and looks good in the bathroom, but won't purchase it again.

Nothing special about this shampoo, my scalp is still tight and itchy making me have flakes on the second day... don’t see any difference honestly. Given it away to my husband

Couldn’t see a difference

I didn’t “dislike” the shampoo and conditioner, but I saw no difference, even after repeated use. And at £45 for each I want to see a difference! Much better products out there.

Can't live without

Let me start by saying I've struggled with my scalp since I was a baby with cradle cap. I've spent a small fortune trying out several products and even tried a prescribed medical shampoo that smelled HORRENDOUS. Then I came across this shampoo. I was skeptical at first. The price, the lack of reviews, it smelled amazing, and the fact there wasn't any "sensation" (tingly, minty, etc) you frequently find in products for the scalp. I'm down to half the bottle and I can confidently say it's a game-changer. I've had no need to reach for my typical remedy (a hair mask that isn't even for the scalp but staves off the irritation for a couple of weeks). I've been using the Oribe Repair and Restore conditioner with it and I haven't even noticed my scalp, there are no flakes on my shoulders, my hair is the softest it's EVER been and it smells divine. Seriously. The most luxurious scents that have ever crossed my bathroom. And I'm so thankful the company is not only is it cruelty free it's vegan too! Can't recommend enough! If anything I can say it's worth a try and the price tag
