It definitely tingles and looks soo pretty, very soft and sparkly and not sticky at all. To a certain extent  it does some plumping but it’s a really affordable gloss and very nice

From pictures I have seen online and in the swatches it appears much less sparkly. The formula is great, it is not sticky or watery but the glitter is too intense for my every day. I think many people would enjoy it, but unfortunately not me. The color I got is Sparkling Please.

I like the shimmer in it, it doesn't dry my lips, it leaves a nice shine, the tingling isn't something you can't handle. I personally put it on and wait, and then remove a little bit off and apply lip tint, and they look great together, the plumping effect isn't that big, its really subtle, but its a really nice gloss and I recommend.
