I’ve been using this for over a month, and haven’t noticed any changes in my hair-skin-nail appearance. The taste is odd, but from other reviews I understand that there are worse collagen options on the market. I’ll continue using it, we’ll see how it goes.

This collagen is great for it's ingredients, and the fact the taste blends well with any drink you make. The only con for me is that the powder sometimes clumps together instead of disolving.
