 This doesn’t work if you have hormonal acne, but I do think it’s having a positive effect on my skin as it’s smoothened my skin overall but when you get hormonal breakouts I guess it can’t be helped.

I’ve been taking these along with the hum omega 3 supplements and wow! My skin has never looked better - I have acne and a couple weeks into taking these supplements I stopped getting new spots, my scars looked less red and my skin felt smoother overall. Small capsules so easy to swallow though I did notice they have a slight bad taste/smell - not too noticeable though and definitely wouldn’t put me off taking them. Worth the try if you’re wanting to improve your skin.
