Amazing for light sleepers
5I should say former light sleeper. I’ve been taking these for just over 2 months (on my 3rd tub now)). It has changed my sleep. Used to wake up up to 10 times a night (very very light sleeper and 2 cats). This has gone down to 2-3 times a night max. The quality of sleep I’m getting is beyond amazing and it leaves zero drowsiness in the morning (I don’t even have coffee anymore!). Highly highly recommend. I know I will keep buoying because they have transformed my night and day.

Sleeping thorugh the night!
5I haven't been able to sleep through the night without waking up several times for quite a long time. I've taken the gels for 5 days, the first 2 nights were still the same but the last 3 - WOW, it felt so weird to sleep without waking up in the middle of the night. Feels good :)

5I started taking these gels before bed 3/4 weeks ago and I have seen such a big change in my sleep. I have been sleeping incredibly well and as a result had more energy during the day. I have also notice a big improvement in my skin, it is smoother and I have hardly had any breakouts. Would really recommend!
