Disappointed
1Bought this product as my skin produces a lot of oil, and so I have many clogged pores around my T-zone and around my cheeks. I wanted an easier way of extracting my pores without using a blackhead remover each time, as I noticed this was damaging my skin. Unfortunately after using the device, I saw no difference at all. Minimal extractions took place, even after steaming my face. I was very disappointed especially with the high price point. Save yourself some money, and if you really want to try this product, you can find similar devices for a fraction of the price, which will still give the same disappointing results.

Overrated
3So after months of seeing loads of the Nurse Jamie tools I decided to go this. I was super excited for the extraction mode however this is not a great as I thought at all. Personally it removed nothing even thought I could clearly see two blackheads. Honestly I could have bought one from TK Maxx for a quarter of the price and it would have made no difference. Disappointed to say the least!!

Love it
4This took me a couple of goes to really get the hang of but once I did I love it. My skin feels really smooth and soft and it has had a great impact on the overall look and texture. I gave it 4 stars as trying to use the extraction mode around the nose is a bit tricky. I would definitely recommend if you’re going to use it regularly.

Unbelievable
5That product really works which doesn't surprise me because Nurse Jamie's products are all beneficial! It almost cleared my acne! I am so obsessed

Worth it but pricey
4Got it with some discount as a long-term wishlist item. I used to do ultrasonic cleansing in beauty salons but it's a pretty simple procedure that helps keep my skin clean. Now I can do it at home and save some coins :) I like the different modes. It took several times for me to get used to it. You can use all 3 modes in one session or do them separately. I like doing Cleanse and Enhance as a quick combo using a gentle foam cleanser with Cleanse mode, and nourishing cream or a sheet mask with Enhance mode. My skin is loving such fancy treatment at home and pays me back. I would recommend buying this tool if you're a skincare fan and will use it on a regular basis (at least 1-2 times per month).

Not a Gimmick.
5I recently bought this and it works, it really works. My skin feels so smooth and my pores haven’t looked this good in ages. I also love the enhanced figure for pushing my products deeper into my skin. Pro tip, steam your face whilst doing the extracting.

Surprising
5I bought this in December, and I use it every two weeks. I did not change anything else in my routine, and I am very surprised to say that my skin looks so much better! Pores are smaller and I have considerably fewer imperfections. I only regret not buying it sooner!
