As a resident dry girl, cleansing is something I'm a stickler for. I hate feeling dry and tight but I love the feeling of clean skin. If you're oiler or wearing light make up this could be the all-rounder for you! It makes my skin feel clean but not stripped and plump enough that I don't need to sprint to put oil on! The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is the condensed milk scent it has to it, I'm not too keen on. But, I also just adore the neon yellow packaging!

Creamy goodness

This is just lush. Feels very creamy (but not waxy/balmy) when your applying it. After the cleanse my v dry skin feeling soft, hydrated, and not stripped at all. I just love it. Is it a first cleanse? Second cleanse? I have no idea - I just love rubbing my face in it! Will definitely be purchasing the bigger tube when my mini runs out

Possibly my favourite cleanser

I love trying new cleansers because there are so many great ones out there, yet every time I think of buying a cleanser I just want this one. This is an amazing hybrid cleanser, it can be used as a first step, last step or both. The first ingredient is glycerin then water but this is absolutely loaded with oils and you can feel then on your face (it was created to remove make up after all) but once you rinse it off it leaves no residue, just beautifully supple and soft skin. Amazing..

Great for sensitive skin

Have been using this every night for a month or so and really like it. The texture is very creamy and doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped or dry. I've heard it's a dupe for the Kate Somerville Goat Milk Cleanser but you are able to foam this one up very slightly if you add water. The only reason I haven't given it 5* is the price...I bought 2 smaller bottles rather than 1 larger one which is £3 more for the same ML.

Not hydrating like I expected

I found this cleanser disappointing as I was expecting a very moisturising cream cleanser similar to a hot cloth cleanser, but the consistency is more like a cross between a cream and a gel wash, which I would still like if it didn’t leave my skin feeling as stripped as it does. I have not tried to use this as a makeup remover as I have used it as my second cleanser after using the drunk elephant cleansing balm to remove my makeup, and I found that the milk cleanser irritated my eyes slightly. Overall this cleanser would be fine for normal/combination skin but I don’t think it’s worth the price as you could find basic cleansers that do a better job for a better price (I love the simple micellar gel cleanser).

Love this product so much! It's a really creamy cleanser and doesn't really foam up on your face but still gets easily rid of makeup. I'd recommend to use this in a double cleanse system but overall lots of product for the price and definitely worth it. I have combination skin and it definitely doesn't make it drier or oilier.

Love

I bought this to try as it had good reviews and I am very happy with it. It does emulsify but doesn't dry out the skin and I have sensitive to dry skin. A little really does go a long way with this product - which is a bonus! It is totally affordable. I haven't tried it with taking makeup off as I don't really wear makeup on a day to day basis, but I wouldn't use this as a pre-cleanse anyway.

DEFINITE DUPE for Kate Somerville Goat Milk Cleanser

5

I have been the biggest promoter of the Kate Somerville Goat Milk Cleanser. I've used it for years and absolutely love it. This MILK version a more affordable, vegan, unscented version which I dare to say I also LOVE. I will continue to use both on rotation!

Ok for the price! (Acne prone/dry skin)

This is not a holy grail product but it does an ok job as a basic cleanser. I would use an oil cleanser to remove any face makeup beforehand as this doesn't remove makeup very well on its own. Do NOT use this around your eye area because it stings like hell. This leaves my skin feeling a little tight so I have to apply a thick moisturiser after use. Ok for the price but there are cheaper options out there which are better :)

Love it!

I have really sensitive skin and rosacea flare-ups and this product works a treat! It doesn't dry out my skin but at the same time actually feels like its being cleaned - unlike a lot of sensitive skincare products where I sometimes wonder if it cleans my face at all.
