Panda eyes

I bought this item after seeing a great review of it on Youtube. I have a love-hate relationship with eyeliner as I have very few eyelashes on my lower lid and makeup tends to run very quickly. When I tried to apply the Milk product, I found the nib dulled very quickly so it is impossible to get a defined line. The waxy consistency has good colour, but after less than an hour of wear - I looked like a panda. Won't be purchasing it again, but think it would probably be good for someone with fuller, longer eyelashes.
