3I have very acnegenic skin and this mask is good, but simply not as clearing for me as other clay masks that I have tried.

Messy, but leaves skin feeling smooth and clean
3My least favourite product from the May line, the mask is messy and burns if it gets into your eyes when rinsing. It does leave your skin feeling smooth and decongested however so it does have its benefits.

Must have !
5I always reach for this whenever I am experiencing break out or I feel like my skin is starting to act out. Afterwards my skin feels very clean like all the dirt is gone for good. I have combination skin where my T zone is oily. But i don't think it is too drying. Use hydrating product afterwards and it's perfect!

AMAZING
5I bought this as a post Christmas gift to myself and I'm so glad that I did. You can really feel the potency of the ingredients at work here. After washing it off I was amazed by how effectively this mask detoxified my skin. My pores have never looked better! Really looking forward to integrating this into my weekly routine.

Very disappointed
2I really love The Honey Mud, so I decided to try the Problem Solver but I couldn't be more disappointed. The fine particles made me cough while activating it with water and my skin looked and felt dry, dull and ten years older after using it, even after a good massage with the Blue Cocoon. I would only recommend for very oily skin (mine is combination). First time I tried it I left it on my skin for 20 min. If I get the courage to use it again, no more than 10!

My go to mask!
5I debated about getting this for ages but I took the plunge and I'm so glad I did because this is now my go to mask for when my skin is freaking out. If you struggle with large pores or blackheads this is great! And I find it really helps to balance my skin out again when I have breakouts.

A problem solver indeed
5I've been using this mask twice a week, for a month now and it has really cleared up my skin! May's skin speaks for itself and I do believe in her products big time. I will continue purchasing this mask for as long as I live!

Would definitely recommend this product!
5Very fast delivery; this is my go to. Whenever I know I have a special occasion I apply this the day before and my face literally feels so soft after using it and I've noticed it's helped with clearing up my spots too. You can feel a tingling but it's not so bad, and to me that means it's working and doing something. It tightens up your face, you can feel it. This product is worth the money and will last you a long time. You don't need to use a lot of the mask to get results. You can use the a little bit and it will still be enough for your whole face! Love love love this

Nice but not essential
5I have sensitive skin and found this mask did not irritate it or 'burn'. Yes, there is a tingle but not an uncomfortable one. The mask dries quite firm and flakes off if you laugh whilst attending to other thing -like tv- waiting for it to dry. I like the idea of mixing in some Honey Mud with it - must try this! Wash off with warm water and follow with a face oil. I have a sample Youth Dew which is lovely, but other oils will suffice. (A cream just doesn't have the same feeling after this mask; oil is better.) I like using this weekly but do not see a re-purchase. The Honey Mud (cleanser and mask) and Clean Dirt routine works for me best. This is nice, but not essential.

Relax and glow
5I purchased this mask, because the ingredients, the science behind it, and the concept of this product are undeniable. However, my skin type was probably not targeted when May created this beautiful concoction. I have a dry, sensitive skin with fine pores and only occasional, hormonal breakouts. But I wanted to have it anyway - and for once I'm glad I was so insistent. When mixing this mask, it starts to fizzle quietly, and the smells of chocolate and cinnamon invade your nose. The mousse-y texture is light and so, so comfortable on the face, I immediately relax and settle down to enjoy the next 45 minutes. I apply this every Sunday, and although my skin does not appear to show immediate, wow-ing results, I get a lot of compliments for my clear, glowing, healthy-looking skin. So despite this mask being targeted to fussy, blemish-prone skin types, all the others will come to experience not only a spa-like moment, but also healthy, radiant skin.
