Harsh product
1Left scalp feeling irritated and sore. Cooling sensation does not last, would not recommend. Customer care and cult beauty have been completely useless.

Dry Scalp Treatment
2I have thick straightish hair and a scalp that tends to be itchy and dry so I thought this would help moisturise my scalp in between washes. The scent is a really sweet smell and the consistency is quite watery so it is easy to apply all over the scalp with the nozzle. However, whilst it has helped moisturise my scalp, it still itches now-and-then, but it's also now left small white plastic-like circles in my roots. I have no other explanation as to where these plastic-like circles have come from as I used my usual shampoo & conditioner, a fresh towel, and a clean hair brush.

Really great
5Smells incredible and as someone with long-standing scalp issues I thoroughly recommend. Feels lovely, doesn’t leave oiliness or anything in hair and I haven’t had any scalp sores or flakiness since I’ve been using it regularly. Also I know I’ve said it already but the smell is so amazing it’s worth mentioning again!
