I love the packaging but its very gloopy, when you open it the product comes oozing out fast. It's not tinted lol. It looks quite nice on (vaseline would look the same),would def not be good for warm weather countries unless you keep it in the fridge. Not really worth the price I dont think.

Best lip balm

I really struggle with dry lips and finding lip balms that help reduce this. This is genuinely the only product I’ve tried that works for me. I apply it every evening and always wake up with soft lips and then reapply throughout the day. It gives a nice shine to the lips. I’m on my second purchase now.

Unfortunately, I got this before Aud’s review. It is gritty and the texture does not go away at all. It isn’t particularly more moisturising than let’s say a basic Dr Paw Paw balm. It is nothing special and incredibly overpriced for its performance. Oh, and the tube is MUCH smaller than the photos and when you first pierce it to release the product you get far too much coming out completely wasted. Not worth it.

What am I missing

Came to check the reviews to see if everyone was having the same issues as me. Mine is gritty, like it has tiny bits of sand in it. I emailed Cult Beauty, and they said this was likely due to the cold temperatures making the oils freeze, but unlike other lip balms/glosses I've used the product hasn't changed consistency with the weather getting warmer. I also contacted Live Tinted and they said that the gritty texture was normal? Why would anyone want a gritty balm? Or did I just get a bad one?

Squalane-based lip dream

This is a beautiful lip gel-cream that gives a healthy shine to lips. It moisturizes very well (as expected from a squalane-based lip product) and the packaging is very chic and hygienic, no dipping any fingers into a pot! It is nearly tasteless with a very very subtle sweetness. If you are over stick lip balms then this will blow you away.

Look no further! This multi-use balm is non-sticky and super lightweight, making it perfect for absolutely anything. I've been using it as a highlighter and wow! It gives a perfect 'no makeup glow! It has no scent either FYI!
