good but...

purple shades are a bit hard to blend and packaging is too bulky

So this is my first lime crime eyeshadow palette and I did not know what to expect. I watched a ton of reviews most of them raving. I got this palette thinking all the shades are the bomb. The mattes are performing okay however the shimmer shades especially the light pinky purple one cannot transfer properly on the eyelid. I have tried brushes, finger, silicon applicator, glitter glue obviously and it just doesn’t transfer smoothly and intensely. It’s like the foiled shadows of Huda Neon green obsessions if you are familiar. And to be honest this was the shade that I was most excited about. I don’t regret getting the palette it’s just that I’m a little bit disappointed

Lovely Venus

I needed a year to understand that I need this one. I love Lime Crime's palette, but I didn't know that the third Venus will be my favorite! Love!

This palette is so gorgeous and surprisingly versatile - you can make both neutral and bright looks even though there’s only eight colours. The shimmers aren’t as opaque as they seem in the swatches but they show up well over a base colour, and both brown shades are a little bit more purple than I thought they’d be, but this palette is so beautiful I have no regrets about buying it. It’s all I’ve been using since I bought it and I’d definitely buy another Venus palette.

I literally can’t get over how beautiful this palette is! Its colours are easy to blend and a little goes a long way - they’re really pigmented! You can make an everyday look with its light colors but also bold ones when you feel like spicing up your eyes. 100% recommended!

Stayed all day even though it was 35°. The colours are beautiful, but you need to use a synthetic brush for toppers and for the shade called "paradise".
