Utterly beautiful
5This is a great dual-use product. It's a great primer but I use it predominantly for when I want a clean, blank lid, for example, if I'm wearing a strong lip colour. It has a tiny bit of iridescent, so it's not flat but certainly not sparkly (I have Buff). Worn alone, it makes lids look fresh, bright and youthful.
