Decided to get this so I could do an overnight hair oil treatment, every one I saw said they slipped off or dyed the hair so I thought I'd spend a bit more money on this one. This one is huge, I had longish hair and lots of it, and it still has space for more - which means it doesn't pull on my hair. It has tie straps to adjust / keep it in place with elastic around the hairline. I have used it a few times now and it stays exactly where I put it before bed, keeps the product on my hair and does not transfer colour. Certainly has helped me to start repairing my hair.
