Mature scents
1Ordered these as fancied a new scent, but wanted the opportunity to explore and try on at home. I usually wear Jo Malone and was keen to smell Jo’s newest offering. The items arrived quickly (top marks to Cult Beauty) and I sprayed each one on the card to decide which one appealed most to then try on my skin. It was not good. I’m in my mid 30’s and these smelt like they were aimed towards a much older demographic. The Rose offerings were very overpowering and the rest seemed very soapy and as another reviewer stated ‘old lady’ I have since passed them on to a neighbour to sample. If you’re under 60, look for an alternative.

Good idea, but...
3It seems like a great way to try out scents. I’ve already found one I really like. The downside is that the sprays don’t work very well. It’s frustrating, and a waste of money, when nothing, or very little, comes out.

5I bought these as a Christmas gift for my daughter as she wanted to try these fragrances before buying a larger size. She was happy with this set being able to try and loved the scents. I would recommend.

5Lovely collection of scents...great just to try them out before thinking about buying a full size one. I normally wear Jo Malone so wanted to try the Jo Loves scents for a change.

NOT FOR YOUNG WOMEN
2I had heard great things about these perfumes, so I decided to try them out. I am 20 years old, and I feel 40-50 years old wearing any of these. Not bad scents, but I think of an elderly woman, my grandma or a teacher wearing these. Very spicy, earthy scents. Reminds me of what an elderly woman working in her garden would smell like.

Jo Loves discovery Collection
5I wanted to try these instead of making an expensive mistake by buying a perfume that I didn't like. This is a wonderful set that lets you try all seven perfumes, ideal to take on holiday or as stocking fillers too. They are all gorgeous, but I found my perfect scent in Pomelo and now have a full size bottle. I would thoroughly recommend this set, the fragrances are beautiful and like nothing you'll find on the Hihg Street
