A beautiful radiant finish
5I have been a massive fan of the IT Cosmetics CC cream for years so I was so excited to get my hands on this foundation as soon as I heard it was being launched. As much as I love the CC cream the only annoying thing about it is that due to the limited shade range I have to mix two shades together, so I was soo happy to see the foundation had so many more shades. ( For reference I mix Fair and Light in the CC cream and I use Light Neutral 22 in this foundation which is perfect for my skin tone!) The consistency of this foundation is a lot more lightweight compared to the CC cream. It also provides less coverage; however, you can definitely build this up to cover any pigmentation and breakouts on the skin. I also love the finish of this foundation; it leaves your skin looking so radiant and has such a natural finish. For everyday use I would say I prefer the CC cream just because it has more of a dewy finish, higher coverage and the added benefit of SPF 50. However, I have been loving this foundation in the evening – I have an oily T tone and with a bit of powder on top this stays in place all night!

Possibly the BEST foundation I have ever used..?
5I'm a big fan of IT cosmetics after trying the CC cream a couple of years ago... I knew then that they really did know how to make a great foundation, so I was SO excited to get my hands on this. This lived up to my expectations and MORE! Firstly my skin is oily, textured, and prone to breakouts. I put it on as soon as it arrived... then had a Zoom meeting straight after, instantly everyone said how great my skin looked! And it did! It just looked so healthy and radiant. What I'm most impressed with is the staying power. If you have oily skin, it's so hard to find a dewy radiant foundation that doesn't make you look greasy by 2:00 pm... This kept oil at bay and kept my skin looking fresh all day. I'm obsessed!

Natural and Radiant
4I'm not normally a foundation girl and much prefer a CC cream (shout out to the Illumination CC+ from IT!) or a tinted moisturiser, however I love the formula of this. It's so lightweight and almost feels like water on your skin. I love a dewy finish and this looks so natural on the skin and blends in beautifully too. Strangely I would actually say I'd prefer more coverage from it, I find the original CC and Illumination CC actually do more in terms of coverage for me. Even though I don't like a full coverage, I find that this isn't quite enough for me as a base. It's so lovely and natural though, and I think this will be perfect for 'mask makeup' too. It's a really buildable formula though and never feels heavy on the skin, and the blurring effect really is amazing! Everything just looks slightly airbrushed and perfected. I use this with the Heavenly Luxe Complexion Brush and it buffs in so easily! I'd say to stick to the CC formulas for more coverage, but this is an absolute must for anyone wanting a natural but buildable and really breathable, hydrating foundation!

A dream
5I must start by saying that I use the It CC creams daily, I love the matte version on warmer months on my combination and acne-prone skin and the original one when it gets cold. So, when I heard that they were launching a foundation that had skin care qualities to it I was extremely excited to try it! My skin is very sensitive, so I try not to use foundation regularly to avoid breakouts, but the sound of this one, in particular, made me re-consider and I gave it a full shot and tried it in place of my HG CC cream for a couple of weeks. First impressions were mind-blowing, I applied it with a brush as suggested and just watched the foundation glide and blend effortlessly, it has enough coverage to cover my post-inflammatory pigmentation and builds up nicely on areas where I need more coverage, but what I was most impressed with was the finish which is so natural and luminous (I was complimented on how fresh my makeup looked that day!) and it's for sure the most natural-looking foundation that actually provides coverage that I have tried - yes, this is a big statement. I usually use the shade Light in the CC range and went for Light warm 23 which is a tad dark for me, but it's summer I have a bit of a tan and there is nothing a good bronzer can't fix, the undertone is very natural and looks like a real skin tone as I find some warm-toned foundations very yellow this is very well balanced pigment wise.I will definitely get a lighter shade for the winter months because as you might have guessed I'm absolutely loving this and I will continue to use it as my skin has been very happy with it too and it stays on all day with a minimal amount of powder layered on top. I can't really speak for the skincare benefits yet, as my skin has been having ups and downs recently but I'm looking forward to keeping an eye on this and update my review in the future!
