My go-to quick clean

I have been using this product for years now and it is still my go-to for a quick (but thorough) cleanse of my brushes. I tend to use for my eye make-up brushes as my powder brushes are squirrel so I clean them on a microfibre cloth and then deep clean with a special gentle brush cleaner in the more traditional way. But this cleaner removes colour really well allowing me to re-use my eye make up brushes (mostly goat) more time even after using deep colours. It's also great at removing sparkles from the glitter shades. Love it! The only problem, the pesky pumps. Still can't seem to fix the issue! It can be hit and miss and I never discard an empty bottle until I have tested the pump in the new bottle first.

Great for cleaning brushes

The instant brush cleaner is alcohol free which makes it great to use for natural hair brushes. To find something like this is very rare as most contain alcohol. It does well to clean my eye brushes and foundation brushes. It gives my kolinsky and goat brushes an instant refresh.

Purchased this as a quick clean between washes. It does get pigment off well HOWEVER it leaves a slightly greasy finish, so not great for powder products after. Not sold on the smell either. Don’t bother..

This cleanser is oily, messy and it doesn’t really clean brushes, pigments stay there and you can’t switch to your other color. I did everything following the instructions on the bottle ;-) it doesn’t work, it won’t make your brushes be clean. And of course it’s very personal but the fragrance is really unpleasant. Don’t recommend it at all :-(

I have been trying to find a replacement for a USA brand brush cleaner spray and this is very good, a very close second. Love that it is alcohol-free, offers a quick clean that also means the brush hairs dry super quick after use. One star knocked off as my last one the pump spray stopped working.
