Does not do what it says

I bought this to hide dark circles, it kind of does but it highlights my usually unnoticeable fine lines around my eyes and the product creases. This makes me look 20 years older.

Excellent coverage

I have dark under eyes and skin pigmentation marks and can struggle to cover them! I found this concealer to be perfect! It is important that the concealer is warmed first as stated in the instructions so that it is more pliable and a small amount goes a long way. The medium was perfect for my fair skin under foundation. At 40 I found that it doesn’t cause cakiness it crease in my lines. An excellent concealer that lasts!

Fabulous for Covering Under Eye Hollows!

4

OK full confession - I'm 43 and most mornings I look like I've had a really hard night because of the dark circles and massive hollows under my eyes. This product is hands down the best I've used to make me look awake and fresh. If applied with just a finger it does not spread well and I can see why others may have been disappointed - but use the magic brush (IT Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Dual Airbrush Concealer Brush #2) like recommended and OMG! I love how it makes my eye area look bright, even toned and blends so perfectly with my pretty pale skin tone (I bought Medium) - LOVE THIS . will be buying more! The only minor thing is, if you get hot and sweaty it can crease a bit - but not very noticeable.

Disappointing :(

I got the medium shade (more orange/pink than yellow as for my undertone) as I fell in love with the brand, plus seeing the redness materials and hype on covering tattoos, I thought it might be my holy grail. The purpose was to cover spots of redness/pimples/post-acne scabs I'm now experiencing due to acid treatment. Unfortunately, though I really wanted to love it, I don't. While my skin is not super oily, the product it so thick that after 2 hours the shine comes through where I placed it on my face. It moves. Also, it's so thick that I cannot imagine putting it on under my eye area. Unless you are 18 with minimal under-eye issues, otherwise, wanting brightening (like I do, without major issues like darkness). It just seems too thick and heavy. Now that specific spot concealer is available I'll give it a try. But for this: I wanted to love it, but it just doesn't deliver (for me) on either front, be it face/spot or under eye area. [Mac or NARS concealer pots or YSL eclat for eyes are much more my cup of tea, for comparison.]

Sticky & quite disappointing

1

This one's so heavy and sticky, it does not work well with baking powder and it's quite disappointing, to my surprise. Not worth the high price. Sorry

Not one I can get on with I'm afraid.

I was given the large 30ml tube in medium by my BFF who didn't like it, and quite honestly neither do I. The colour choice is very limited, and the medium turned orangey on me which looked really strange. The consistency is very thick, and trying to get the stuff out of the tube (even when it was warm) was a right old struggle. It is full coverage so only a teeny bit is needed, but even then I found it difficult to blend, and it left my under eye area especially looking dry, and it set into the creases. I tried it once, and that was enough. I'll go back to using Tarte Shape Tape.

Not my cup of tea

1

Honestly, I was looking forward to buying this product, because of all the promises made. In reality, after the very first hour of wearing it, I noticed that it settled in my lines and made my under-eyes look extremely tired and even “heavy”. I looked way older my age (23) and during the day it was just getting worse and more cakey. I applied it over a moisturising eye cream- it did not make any difference.

Cakey and limited shades

I have extreme dark circles so I am always looking for solutions with a name like bye bye under eye concealer this had my attention. First of all the shade selection is very limited so I had to compromise on a perfect match secondly the packaging appears large but the amount of product inside is easily half not sure if this is a tactic to make you feel you are getting more. It is very thick and difficult to squeeze out of the tube, it does have very full coverage but it settles into lines and looks so cakey after application (even when I used the smallest amount). It does not blend well and it does not work well with baking powders. I do not recommend this product and if like me you suffer with dark circles try Huda's overachiever concealer far superior product with a great shade selection.

Fullest coverage

This concealer is one of the fullest coverage concealers I’ve tried and although you only get 8ml, it lasts forever as you only need a pin head sized amount. If you have blemishes, discolouration or scarring to cover then give this a try.
