Great vitamin brand!

I take some other vitamins by HUM and especially keen to try these. Reviews look really promising so i thought id give them a go, too early to say right now but here’s hoping they do the trick!

I regularly suffer from UTI's and as a peri menopausal women my natural biome down there is completely out of whack. However, since taking these supplements I can say that everything is getting back to normal and touch wood, so far so good in on the UTI front. Yes they are pricier but in my opinion you get what you pay for and if they keep the dreaded UTI's at bay then I'll happily keep paying that price.

I was put on a course of dreading antibiotics and what comes after a lovely 2 weeks of taking these, thrush normally, but I took these alongside them and literally had no issues whatsoever so I guess they work! I even find I generally feel a little big fresher down there even when on my period so definitely a yes from me!
