I have been taking Hum hair gummies on and off for over two years and I can really notice a difference in my hair and eyelashes when taking them over a prolonged period. This is my first time trying the updated version and although I don’t like the taste as much as the old formulation, I’m hoping the added benefits will make up for it. Highly recommend as they really work for me.

I previously purchased the original hair sweet hair gummies and these worked wonders. The new formula has a softer texture and taste just as nice.  After only a few weeks use my nails are stronger and I have new baby hairs forming. Appreciate it doesn’t claim to be a nail supplement but it’s helped mine. I’ve tried alternative supplements but have gone back to Hum as I can see visible improvements and will continue to purchase this brand.

Have been using these gummies since January and unfortunately this time the gummies have changed and don’t taste as good as the originals! The plastic bottle is now bigger too with the same amount of gummies. Prefer the original formula but will carry on for now.
