The best base for creating new eyeliners

So people always think that it is necessary to have all the shades of eyeliner to achieve that desired look not until I got my hands on this primer. This primer allows me to scrape off little of any of that eyeshadow that I want to transform into the perfect eyeliner 😍💪🏽
