Good but pricey
4This liner feels super creamy on the lips and is easy to apply! Not too much smudging, very nice color. Just on the more expensive end but a nice splurge!

Smooth Lipliner
5Beautiful colour. It is so easy to apply and feels like cream when applying. It glides on your lips. It does stay for a couple of hours if you don't eat or drink.
