I ordered shade ‘soft brunette’ a nice cool medium brown. Unfortunately the formula is very hard and you cannot apply feather like strokes as no colour payoff unless you use pressure and then you don’t get an ultra fine line.  I would definitely recommend going darker than what you require with this formula or use Hourglass arch brow sculpting pencil instead. Not good value for money.

Great for those with a cool blonde hair colour

I love the colour and how natural you can make your brows look with the "platinum blonde". It's a good gray-blonde if that makes sense. It's not super strong which allows you to create and build colour. However, it is extremely overpriced for the amount of product you get. If I find a replacement that's cheaper I will not hesitate to switch in a heartbeat but for now, this remains my holy grail.

Tricky Pricing

For me it works fine and the colour is in line with their other products, BUT you get 0.04g when the other brow pencil is the same price for 0.4g! I don’t get that.

Sadly it's a "no"

Unfortunately, this pencil is a huge regret. It's too waxy and draws nothing! Literally, I try to fill in my brows and there is no pigment coming off (got the pencil in a shade soft brunette by the way). I push harder and nothing! Maybe my skin just refuses to work with the formula of the pencil, it's not the same as in original arch brow which I LOVE! So, it's sadly no fo me.
