Handy brush
4I bought this brush to compliment my ambient lighting palette and it doesn’t disappoint. Handy size with a travel pouch and lots of luxurious bristles which I’ve come to expect from my hourglass brushesÂ

I love this brush
5It picks up just the right amount of finishing Hourglass powders. I like to sweep it across the cheek bones and temples or anywhere I want to add some light. I keep this in my personal makeup kit, I cannot justify to buy another one for my big makeup kit. But I think it's just a matter of time I will buy more brushes from Hourglass. It feels luxurious when using it and it comes in it's own little pouch.I think a must have if you use the finishing powders.

Lovely but
4I first bought the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder trio without this as it was hard to justify the price for one (plastic handled) brush. However my other brushes were either too big for the palette with no control in picking up just one shade, or just felt like they weren't sweeping the product effectively over my face. Reluctantly I forked out for this. I'm glad I did because it makes the powders effective, is soft and gives a great deal of control. However again, it's plastic - it feels cheap to hold. I think it should come with the product, as per Benefit's Hoola - in fact, if you (or a friend) have an old Hoola product, keep the brush for this as the shape is very similar and would do the same job, albeit less softly.
