Nice cleanser
4A nice basic cleanser, very light, I think more appropriate for a morning or second cleanse. I deduct one point due to the packaging - a heavy glass bottle seems wasteful these days

Super hydrating and gentle
5I love this cleanser so much. It's the only one I've tried that isn't drying. Didn't strip my oily skin like some have and I love the texture. I like the fact it has no added fragrance but the smell is not my favourite but I can bare it long enough to just wash my face. I will always repurchase this I'm on my 3rd bottle now.

Gorgeous
5This cleanser is lovely. It has a light jelly texture, light fragrance and it’s PINK!! it lathers into a rich creamy foam. My skin feels lovely and fresh after without being stripped. I definitely repurchase this cleanserÂ

5really lovely gentle cleanser... no SLS which is great, only discovered recently i have a sensitivity and it's been tough finding products without sulfates that do as good of a job

The best
4I love this cleanser. It’s great as an everyday/second step cleanser and my skin always feels so clean afterwards. It’s the only cleanser that takes off my mascara FULLY and doesn’t sting my eyes. It isn’t the nicest smelling thing in the world but fragrance in skincare tends to be a bad thing so I don’t mind. It can be a tiny bit drying but so long as you moisturise after use it’s not an issue. So glad cult have it back in stock!Â

The worst beauty product I've ever tried
1This cleanser has almost destroyed my skin. After two days it started getting red, dry, itching and the feeling was only getting worse. It took me several weeks to restore my skin to a normal condition. My skin is combined and sensitive, but I've never had any allergies or irritations caused by beauty products and I've tried everything from Nivea to La mer. Â Highly recommend to get a product sample though not sure if they exist with Herbivore, have never seen them. Imho the smell is nice (I saw lot's of complaints about it above).

Great cleanser, terrible smell!
5I waited for ages for this to be in stock and snatched it up when it finally was. I genuinely love everything about this product apart from the smell! I use it as the second step of my double cleanser following a cleansing balm. The cleanser itself is a gorgeous texture, light but creamy with super soft lather. It leaves my skin feeling really clean and fresh with no drying or tightness. The smell however, is quite chemically and not very pleasant although it not a strong smell so it's overlookable. I'm not sure I would purchase it again as I'm sure I could get a similar effect with a nicer smell.

Nice, non-stripping cleanser
5Very nice texture, it's non-drying, but cleanses well enough (I have combination, but a bit dehydrated skin). Other cleansers usually leave an unpleasant tight feeling, but this one doesn't do that, it's nice. The only thing is the smell, it's not very strong (because it's not made with fragrance, the smell comes from extracts), but it might be unpleasant to some people. Personally, I quite like it but it's very specific. Overall, love the product and the smell is easy to get used to.

Incredible
5The smell was fine, I appreciated that it wasn't heavily fragranced. The other reviews really surprised me with that! I love it - it's gentle, it's the only cleanser I've ever had that hasn't broken me out and doesn't leave me feeling dry. I love the ingredients, they all check out as safe, non irritating, and non comedogenic. Love it, hope it comes back in stock soon!
